THE SEVEN HABITS OF INDIVIDUATION

Self-knowledge and spiritual growth are one and the same. Both refer to the process of making the unconscious conscious. The Seven Habits of Individuation are a framework for developing this self-knowledge. They are what all highly-integrated people have in common, from all traditions and walks of life. They are a way of life for spiritual growth and the development of consciousness, that can be applied by all individuals regardless of faith, tradition or lack thereof.

The Seven Habits seek to convey not only what works for spiritual growth, but why it works. By incorporating an understanding of the unconscious mind from psychology, anybody can apply ‘the principles of coming to consciousness’ and grow in self-knowledge to the extent required for individuation in the modern world.

You can learn more about the habits and how to apply them with this free 45-page guide: The Way of Individuation – Seven Habits for Spiritual Development. Also included is the Seven Habits Audio Programme which contains around 3.5 hours of audio content.

You can use the habits exactly as you need to, adopting them whole as a model of spiritual practice, adapting them to your own existing practice, or simply as a guide to help you sort what is useful for you from what isn’t.
