Make it Conscious develops psychological capacity in individuals and organisations through depth work grounded in Carl Jung’s analytical psychology.
Our work addresses the shadow dynamics, and inner conflicts that obstruct growth. We work with executives and leaders committed to genuine development and organisations where human dynamics and technology alignment have become critical to success.

Human-AI Alignment
AI is forcing a fundamental question about work: what makes us distinctively human? As technical tasks become automated, the answer centres on psychological depth, authentic judgment, and the capacity to engage with meaningful complexity.
When humans do human work and machines do machine work, people and organisations thrive. When this alignment fails, human potential is wasted while the real work that makes people irreplaceable gets avoided. Genuine human development involves becoming conscious of and confronting tension.
The challenge with AI isn’t only technical. The difficulty lies in the human dynamics that surface when roles transform and people must develop capacities they’ve long avoided.
Organisations
We work with organisations where psychological capacity and cultural authenticity have become essential—particularly those navigating transformation, leadership development, or addressing team dynamics that surface-level approaches cannot resolve.
This includes:
- Human-AI alignment and conscious technology integration
- Organisational shadow work and team dynamics
- Leadership development through Jungian frameworks
- Organisational culture development
- Executive coaching for individuation
