6.1 Availability and Pricing

All pricing displayed on the Website is correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Where a price changes between the time of your order and the time of processing, the price at the time of your order will apply.

Placing an order constitutes a contractual offer. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case any payment taken will be refunded within 14 calendar days.

6.3 Cancellation and Refunds

If you are a consumer based within the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”), provided the service has not yet been delivered. Where delivery begins within the cooling-off period at your express request, your right to cancel may be affected once delivery has commenced.
